As a Certified John Maxwell Team Speaker, Trainer and Coach, Nicole C. Calhoun specializes in Leadership and Career Development training. Nicole's journey to become a career coach began seven years ago. After 20 years as a Software Developer, she began pursuing a career transition. In doing so, Nicole started with her own leadership and personal development which led to her transition into the field of Project Management. After achieving her goal, she started helping others achieve their career goals and decided to become a certified coach and trainer.
Because of her long running background in Information Technology and personally witnessing the absence of women and minority leadership, Nicole's passion is helping women and minority technology professionals obtain career satisfaction and advancement.
Nicole's story does not end there. Her career expansion was not an easy one. As a wife, mother and daughter, many times her plans were detoured or stuck due to obstacles that come along with everyday life and responsibility. Through determination, ambition and persistence, Nicole has been able to accomplish monumental career milestones and this is what fuels her passion to encourage others to do the same.
